Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you want to forward messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
